When it comes to big purchases and important decisions – most of us go through the typical routine:

• Getting a new laptop? You probably visited Best Buy or Apple once or twice before heading up to the cashier.
• Buying a Car? Most of us start on the internet; researching safety features, gas mileage & price before we even step foot on a lot with the intention to buy.
• Taking a Vacation? It’s doubtful that you packed the car and pulled out your handy dandy paper road map, unfolded it and decided your route on the spot. Vacations take planning. While it’s even easier now-GPS, smartphones and Expedia do most of the work, but there are still decisions to be made.

Cosmetic procedures are no different. This is where our consultations come in. Most of us know the things about ourselves we’d like to change: the crepey skin on our knees or hands, the crow’s feet beginning to branch further and further out, or even the jawline that has seemed to start sagging. A consultation is the best time to discuss the concerns about your appearance that you’d like to address. Then a provider can suggest the best procedure or course of action and have you looking better in no time.

Plus when it comes to consultations, we’ve had years of experience to make the process as informative, useful and stress-free as possible. We also have 5 Patient Care Coordinators, which assist the providers and patients during and after the consultation. They make sure you have everything you may need, such as prescriptions, handouts, brochures or addressing any additional questions you may have. We recently implemented a new technical system called TouchMD®. It’s a portable touch screen that allows you to watch videos, sign paper work, see before and after’s, and interact with pictures and diagrams during the consult. The really wonderful thing about this system is you can even access it from home! We also make sure you have plenty of information to take home. Our handouts and brochures detail everything you might need to know about a procedure including cost, side effects and downtime. So even while at home, answers to your questions are close by.

We realize the importance and time it takes to decide. We encourage you to take all the information home and want you to think about it. Discuss it with your loved ones. Our best outcomes are when the patient feels comfortable with the procedure and excited about the outcomes. Our cosmetic consultations cost $85; however, this will be applied as a credit towards the cost of the procedure – if you schedule your procedure within 90 days.
