During the Month of March SBA will be creating awareness, walking and collecting donations for the Houston Area Women’s Center. We believe all women, men, and children deserve to be treated with respect, and no one deserves to suffer at the hands of another. SBA is partnering with the Houston Area Women’s Center and their mission, “[To] help individuals affected by domestic and sexual violence in their efforts to move their lives forward. We provide shelter, counseling and advocacy to support them in building lives free from the effects of violence. We seek social change to end domestic and sexual violence through community awareness and education. Our services are confidential and available to everyone.”
THE WALK – Saturday March 2, 2013 Our Community Outreach Team made up of staff members and their family joined over 2,000 runners, walkers, supporters & survivors for the 25th Annual Race Against Violence!
